Conforming to the norm

The norm are people who just want to get by. They act as if nothing goes well for them and they will never get their “Big Break”, whatever the hell that means. The norm get their highs by bringing down others when they have a dream, a plan, a goal in life. The norm will in a sense bully you like you’re the one who has the issues. Like you’re the one who should just relax get a “normal” job and conform because it’s “comfortable”. Booooooo all you norms out there. Stop putting us down, maybe you need to contimplate what you want out of life.

Try not to think to hard about it. Think basic. This is what I think should be on the United States flag in small letter at the bottom. “Bigger and Better”. So the next time you go to the grocery ask yourself, in prehistoric time what could they hunt? What were they gathering to eat? What were they fishing for? and on land what could they pluck and eat? This is great way of thinking when it comes to food. This shouldn’t be some “diet”you try. This should be a lifestyle.

I’ll just have some decaf

Decaf coffee is consumed everyday all over the world. People think they are innocently trying to drink something warm without the jitters. That may be true but you’re also consuming chemicals that shouldn’t be put in the human body. When Coffee is decaffeinated the beans are stripped of there antioxidants and loaded with chemicals because the beans have been processed.

Humans don’t get enough antioxidants anyway. Why take out the little amount we do get through decaf?
